Vita is a senior associate at bureau Brandeis and head of the Privacy Team of bureau Brandeis. She is specialized in compliance issues with regard to privacy / data protection and telecommunication. Vita also advises on e-commerce, the liability of internet service providers, free speech and intellectual property rights. Vita is recommended for her practical and swift yet thorough advice as well as for her litigation skills.
Vita manages many large compliancy projects. She also stood on the forefront of the changes to the so-called Cookie law to make it more flexible. Vita regularly gives workshops and presentations regarding legal subjects. She argued some of the most ground breaking cases regarding the liability of internet service providers.
