Oskar Mulder is a lawyer at bureau Brandeis since 2017. He focuses on information law, mostly media, IP and gaming law.
Oskar is also member of the editorial documentation of the Journal of Media an Communication Law (Mediaforum) and volunteer at the focus group Latin America of the NGO Lawyers for Lawyers.
In 2016 Oskar obtained his Master’s degree from the Institute for Information Law (IViR) of the University of Amsterdam. His thesis dealt with the obligation for intermediaries to provide customer name and address information to rights holders in the case of online IP infringements, such as illegally downloaded movies or illegal trade in counterfeit products.
In 2014, Oskar studied at the law faculty of the Universidade de Lisboa in Lisbon.
After his studies Oskar interned at large and specialized law firms, always in the field of media law, freedom of speech and intellectual property law. Additionally, Oskar worked for a collective administration of neighbouring rights.
