Oskar Mulder is paralegal at bureau Brandeis since 2016. He focuses on the administrative and civil aspects of information law, mostly in media, telecom and gaming sectors.
In 2016 Oskar obtained his Master’s degree from the Institute for Information Law (IViR) of the University of Amsterdam. His thesis dealt with the obligation for intermediaries to provide customer name and address information to beneficiaries in case of online IPR infringements, such as illegally downloaded movies or illegal trade in counterfeit products.
In 2014, Oskar studied at the law faculty of the Universidade de Lisboa in Lisbon.
After his studies Oskar interned at large and specialized law firms, always in the field of media law and intellectual property. Additionally, Oskar worked for a collective administration of neighbouring rights.
