Anna Sträter

Attorney

Anna Sträter is a junior associate at bureau Brandeis. She specializes in gaming, media and telecommunications. She acts in various administrative law procedures, advises on scarce licences and focuses on the Open Government Act (in Dutch: Wet open overheid; formerly the Government Information (Public Access) Act).

After her bachelor’s degree at the Utrecht Law College, Anna followed the master Private Law with the specialisation Intellectual Property at the University of Utrecht. She wrote her thesis on deepfakes and the General Data Protection Regulation. During her studies, Anna studied in Rome for half a year at the Luiss Guido Carlo University and was president of her student association.

Prior to joining bureau Brandeis, Anna worked at a legal consultancy firm specializing in privacy and online reputation management.
